摘　　要：断路器的控制回路具有控制断路器分闸和合闸操作的功能,当控制回路中电缆接线接触不良或松动时,可能导致断路器拒动,影响电网安全稳定运行。为实现控制回路缺陷的在线检测及故障判断,基于控制回路阻抗分析方法研制了断路器控制回路缺陷在线分析装置。利用霍尔电流传感器采集控制回路中流过的电流,通过采集到的电流间接计算出控制回路的阻抗,并根据阻抗值综合判断故障情况,实现了控制回路缺陷的在线分析。现场运用结果表明,该装置大幅度降低了控制回路缺陷的判断时间,可为减少缺陷处理时间,提高工作效率提供技术支撑。The breaker control circuit has the function of controlling the opening and closing operation of circuit breaker.When the cable connection in the control circuit is in poor contact or loose,the circuit breaker may refuse to operate,thus affecting the safe and stable operation of the power grid.In order to realize the online detection and fault judgment of control circuit defects,this paper is based on the control circuit impedance analysis method to develop an online defect analysis device for breaker control circuit.And then,a hall current sensor is employed to collect the current flowing in the control circuit,and the impedance of the control circuit is calculated indirectly through the collected current.Finally,according to the impedance value,the fault condition is judged synthetically,realizing the online defect analysis of control circuit.The field application results show that the device greatly reduces the judgment time of control circuit defects,and can provide technical support for reducing defect treatment time and improving work efficiency.
