摘 要:针对黑龙煤业10号煤层和11号煤层合并,且与9号煤层间距较小的煤层赋存特点,确定采用放顶煤工艺同时开采9、10、11号煤层,通过理论分析及室内相似模拟实验,确定了放顶煤最优工艺参数为:采放比为1∶1,放煤步距为一刀一放,放煤方式为顺序放煤。通过在2103工作面进行现场试验,结果表明现场顶煤回收率达到88%,经济效益显著。Aiming at the merger of No.10 coal seam and No.11 coal seam,and the distance from No.9 coal seam is small,determine to use top coal caving technology to simultaneously mine the No.9、No.10、No.11 coal seam.Through theoretical analysis and indoor similar simulation experiments,it is determined that the optimal process parameters for top coal caving as follows,the ratio of mining and caving is 1∶1,the step of caving is one cut and one caving,and the method of caving is sequential caving.Through the field test on the 2103 working face,the results show that the on-site top coal recovery rate is as high as 88%,and the economic benefits are significant.
