摘 要:大数据时代的到来,使得几乎所有信息都变成了“0”“1”这样的二进制代码。面对物联网信息中心信息量的爆炸式增长,物联网企业在虚拟化云计算技术的刺激下,将基于运维的IT云服务平台作为支撑企业业务运营的技术保障。文章以开放型ITIL框架作为平台的基础构架,探讨了J2EE环境下物联网IT运维云服务平台的设计与优化,网络化实践应用表明,该平台运行稳定,符合物联网的运维服务需求。With the advent of the era of big data,almost all information has become binary codes such as“0”and“1”.In the face of the explosive growth of the amount of information in the Internet of things information center,stimulated by virtual cloud computing technology,Internet of things enterprises take the IT cloud service platform based on operation and maintenance as the technical guarantee to support enterprise business operation.Taking the open ITIL framework as the basic framework of the platform,this paper discusses the design and optimization of the IT operation and maintenance cloud service platform of the Internet of things under the J2EE environment.The networked practical application shows that the platform runs stably and meets the operation and maintenance service requirements of the Internet of things.
