摘　　要：电解锰渣是利用锰矿生产电解金属锰过程中用硫酸浸取锰矿产生的过滤酸性渣。多年来,我国电解锰渣累计堆存量达上亿吨。电解锰渣经高温脱硫、脱氨、固化处理后的渣被称为脱硫锰渣。脱硫锰渣目前主要用于水泥混合料和水泥原材料使用,并在制备微晶玻璃方面有所涉及。本文概述了利用脱硫锰渣制备水泥制品及建筑破碎石的可行性,为拓宽脱硫锰渣的处理和利用途径提供参考。Electrolytic manganese slag is a filter acid residue produced by leaching manganese ore with sulfuric acid during the production of electrolytic manganese metal by manganese carbonate.In many years,the cumulative stock of electrolytic manganese slag in China has reached hundreds of millions of tons.The residue of electrolytic manganese slag after high-temperature desulfurization and ammonia removal curing treatment is called“desulfurization manganese slag”.The slag is currently used only for cement mixture and cement raw materials and it is involved in the preparation of glass ceramics.This paper summarizes the feasibility of using desulfurization manganese slag to prepare cement products in building crushed stones.It provides a reference for broadening the treatment and utilization of desulfurization manganese slag.
