摘  要:通过对进口氧化锰矿中锰矿物的形态特点分析,进行了该矿马弗炉焙烧还原工艺条件试验研究,合适的马弗炉焙烧还原条件为:还原剂烟煤配比12%,焙烧温度900℃,焙烧时间60 min。焙烧矿在液固比9∶1、硫酸浓度为120 g/L、搅拌速度450 r/min的条件下浸出60 min,取得锰浸出率97.13%的良好指标。在马弗炉焙烧还原试验基础上,进行了小型回转窑连续焙烧还原扩大试验,取得锰浸出率96.59%的试验结果。In analyzing the morphological characteristics of manganese minerals in imported manganese oxide ore,a muffle furnace roasting reduction process condition test was carried out on the ore.The suitable muffle furnace roasting reduction conditions are as follows:the reducing agent bituminous coal ratio is 12%and the roasting temperature is 900℃with the baking time of 60 min.Under the conditions of liquid-solid ratio of 9∶1,we have found out the sulfuric acid concentration of 120 g/L and stirring speed of 450 r/min in leaching for 60 minutes.A good index of 97.13%manganese leaching rate was obtained.Based on the muffle furnace roasting reduction test,a small rotary kiln continuous roasting reduction test was carried out and the test result of the manganese leaching rate was 96.59%.
