云南省农户土地流转意愿及影响因素实证分析

摘　　要：本文运用问卷调查法和Logistic模型,选取云南省昆明市200名农户为调查对象,分析农户土地流转意愿的影响因素。研究发现农户转让土地的意愿,受到相关政策的熟悉程度、是否有闲置或撂荒的土地、土地流转途径、农业税减与粮食补贴等的显著影响;家庭年收入、土地流转形式、零散土地对农户生活的影响等因素对农户土地流转意愿影响较小;户主受教育程度的高低以及年龄大小对出租流转土地和承租土地也有一定程度的影响。在此基础上提出相关建议,为云南省推动土地流转的实施提供借鉴,促进边疆民族地区土地合理充分利用。This paper uses questionnaire survey method and Logistic model,and 200 farmers in Xundian Hui and Yi Autonomous County of Kunming City,Yunnan Province were chose as the survey objects to analyze the influencing factors of farmers’willingness to transfer land.The study found that farmers’willingness to transfer land is significantly affected by the familiarity of relevant policies,idle or abandoned land,land transfer channels,agricultural tax reductions and food subsidies,etc.Factors such as the annual household income,the form of land transfer,and the impact of scattered land on the lives of farmers have little effect on the willingness of farmers to transfer land.The education level and age of the head of the household also have a certain degree of influence on the land transfer.On this basis,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions to provide reference for the implementation of land transfer in Yunnan Province,and promote the rational and full use of land in border ethnic areas.
