颈复康颗粒联合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病(风寒阻络型)的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察颈复康颗粒联合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病(风寒阻络型)的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月—2020年12月在承德医学院就诊的符合要求的100例神经根型颈椎病(风寒阻络型)患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各组50例。对照组给予针刺治疗,观察组在针刺的同时加服颈复康颗粒,两组均治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后颈椎功能障碍指数(neck disability index,NDI)、视觉模拟评分量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)、健康调查量表-生理部分(medical outcomes study short-form 36 physical component summary,SF-36PCS)、健康调查量表-心理部分(medical outcomes study shortform 36 mental component summary,SF-36MCS)评分;检测治疗前后血清炎症信号分子肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、IL-6的水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者的临床总有效率为98.0%,明显优于对照组的83.7%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者NDI、VAS评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),SF-36PCS、SF-36MCS评分明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组上述评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清炎症因子TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颈复康颗粒联合针刺可以显著改善神经根型颈椎病(风寒阻络型)患者的临床症状,其作用机制可能与其降低患者血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平有关。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jingfukang Granules(颈复康颗粒)combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind-cold rblocking collateral type).Methods A total of 100 eligible patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind-cold blocking collateral type)treated in Chengde Medical College from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients of control group were treated with acupuncture,and the patients of observation group were treated with Jingfukang Granules while acupuncture for four weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and neck dysfunction index(NDI),visual analogue scale(VAS),medical outcomes study short-form 36 physical component summary(SF-36PCS),medical outcomes study short-form 36 mental component summary(SF-36MCS)scores of the patients in two groups before and after treatment were compared;The levels of serum inflamma tory signal molecules tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and IL-6 of the patients in two groups before and after treatment were detected.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group(98.0%)was significantly better than that of the control group(83.7%)(P<0.05),respectively;The NDI and VAS scores in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),SF-36PCS and SF-36MCS scores were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05);The serum levels of inflammatory signal molecules TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 in observation group were significantly lower than control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Jingfukang Granules combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylotic rad
