摘 要:目的 识别和检测三门峡市某有色金属冶炼企业金铜冶炼固废资源综合利用项目职业病危害因素,分析和评价该建设项目职业病危害控制效果,提出职业病危害控制措施。方法 2019年10-12月,以相关法律、法规及标准为依据,采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法进行综合分析评价。结果 建设项目在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素有粉尘、硫酸、铅及其化合物、铜及其化合物、砷及其化合物、SO;、氧化锌、噪声和微波辐射。粉尘浓度范围为0.26~4.48 mg/m^(2),铅及其化合物为0.002~0.077 mg/m^(2),铜及其化合物为0.000 1~0.038 0 mg/m^(2),氧化锌为0.010~0.114 mg/m^(2),砷及其化合物为0.000 7~0.055 6 mg/m^(2),SO_(2)为0.12~1.90 mg/m^(2),硫酸检测结果低于检出限。工人接触噪声8 h等效声级强度范围为75.6~87.8 dB(A),微波辐射强度为125~150μW/cm^(2)。砷及其化合物检测结果合格率为77.8%,噪声合格率为40.0%,其他职业病危害因素合格率为100.0%。结论 该建设项目成品包装工段,砷及其化合物浓度不符合职业接触限值要求,应进一步采取防护措施,降低工人接触砷及其化合物的浓度水平。Objective To identify and detect the occupational hazard factors of comprehensive utilization project of solid waste resources from gold and copper smelting of a non-ferrous metal smelting company in Sanmenxia City,analyze and evaluate the occupational hazard control effect of the construction project,and propose appropriate occupational control measures.Methods From October to December 2019,based on the related laws,regulations and standards,the occupational health on-site surveys,occupational health inspections,occupational health inspections and other methods were used to conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation.Results The occupational hazard factors existing in the production process of the construction project included dust,sulfuric acid,lead and its compounds,copper and its compounds,arsenic and its compounds,sulfur dioxide,zinc oxide,noise and microwave radiation.The concentration range of dust was 0.26-4.48 mg/m^(2),the concentration range of lead and its compounds was 0.002-0.077 mg/m^(2),the concentration range of copper and its compounds was 0.000 1-0.038 mg/m^(2),the concentration range of zinc oxide was 0.010-0.114 mg/m^(2),the concentration range of arsenic and its compounds was 0.000 7-0.055 6 mg/m^(2),the concentration range of sulfur dioxide was 0.12-1.90 mg/m^(2),and the test results of sulfuric acid were less than the detection limit.The equivalent continuous sound level normalized to 8 hours was 75.6-87.8 dB(A),and the intensity range of microwave radiation was 125-150μW/cm^(2).The qualified rate of arsenic and its compounds test results was 77.8%,the qualified rate of noise test results was 40.0%,and the qualified rate of other occupational hazard factors was 100.0%.Conclusion The concentration of arsenic and its compounds in the packaging section of the construction project does not meet the requirements of occupational exposure limit,and further protective measures should be taken to reduce the concentration of workers’exposure to arsenic and its compounds.
