摘　　要：当前大多职业卫生技术服务机构包括民营职业卫生技术服务机构和疾病预防控制中心,存在设施设备落后及数量不足、人力资源紧缺及政府监管力度不够等问题,职业卫生技术服务机构能力整体不足,难以满足工业企业服务需求,部分机构服务过程中存在不端行为等问题。因此,提高职业卫生技术服务能力、规范职业卫生技术服务市场迫在眉睫。为提出解决对策,我们对各职业卫生技术服务机构的设施设备、人力资源及政府监管等方面存在的问题进行综述,为更好保护劳动者健康提供参考。The most of occupational health technology service institutions,including private occupational health technical service institutions and centers for disease control and prevention,have the problems,such as backward facilities and equipment,insufficient quantity,shortage of human resources and insufficient government supervision. The overall capacity of occupational health technical service institutions is insufficient,which is difficult to meet the service needs of industrial enterprises. Some institutions have misconduct in the service process. So it is urgent to improve the ability of occupational health technical service and standardize the market of occupational health technical service. In order to put forward countermeasures,we summarize the problems existing in the facilities and equipment,human resources and government supervision of various occupational health technical service institutions,so as to provide reference for better protection of workers’ health.
