预警预控理念下护理干预在预防透析相关低血压中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究预警预控理念下护理干预在预防透析相关低血压中的应用效果。方法选择2019年10月-2020年6月接受维持性血液透析治疗的63例患者为对照组;另选择2020年7月-2021年1月接受血液透析治疗的63例患者为观察组。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组应用预警预控理念进行护理干预。观察2组患者透析期间低血压事件发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组干预1个月、3个月时低血压发生率均低于对照组(t=3.910,P=0.048;t=5.020,P=0.025);护理满意率高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.148,P=0.042)。结论预警预控理念下护理干预有助于预防透析相关低血压的发生,可有效提升患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on early warning and pre-control concept in the prevention of dialysis-related hypotension.Methods A total of 63 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis between October 2019 and June 2020 were enrolled into the control group,while other 63 counterparts undergoing hemodialysis between July 2020 and January 2021 were selected into the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given nursing intervention based on early warning and pre-control concept.The incidence of hypotension during dialysis and the nursing satisfaction were observed in both groups.Results After 1-and 3-month intervention,the incidence of hypotension in the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group(t=3.910,P=0.048;t=5.020,P=0.025),but the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the latter(χ^(2)=4.148,P=0.042).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on early warning and pre-control concept can prevent the occurrence of dialysis-related hypotension and promote the nursing satisfaction.
