摘  要:目的采用德尔菲专家咨询法构建重症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者延续护理模式,为临床应用提供相应的理论支持。方法通过解读国家相关文件、查阅文献形成专家咨询问卷,并对25名专家进行两轮专家函询,根据函询结果,最终确立重症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的延续性护理模式。结果两轮专家积极系数均为100%,两轮专家的权威系数(Cr)分别为0.88、0.89,专家协调系数(W)分别为0.145、0.150。最终确定的重症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者延续护理模式包括4个一级指标和20个二级指标。结论本研究函询专家的权威程度及积极性均较高,专家意见协调性较好;构建的重症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者延续护理模式内容合理、全面,对临床开展重症新型冠状病毒肺炎延续护理的实施具有较好的指导意义。Objective To construct a continuous care model for severe corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)patients,so as to and provide theoretical support for clinical application.Methods The draft was prepared based on relevant national documents and literature research.Then 2 rounds of expert letter-consultation were conducted among 25 experts.According to the results,the final model was established.Results The questionnaire recovery rate of the two rounds of letter consultation was both 100%.The authoritative coefficients(Cr)for the two rounds were 0.88 and 0.89,respectively.The Kendall W values were 0.145 and 0.150,respectively.The final model of continuing care for severe COVID-19 patients includes 4 primary indicators and 20 secondary indicators.Conclusion The model constructed in this study is reasonable and comprehensive,and has good guiding significance for the implementation of clinical continuous nursing for severe COVID-19 patients.
