摘　　要：目的通过文献计量学和可视化分析近11年来胆道闭锁研究的进展及前沿。方法从Web of Science Core Collection检索了2010—2020年出版的1642篇文献,CiteSpace(5.7 R2)用于分析胆道闭锁研究进展及前沿。结果共检索到1642篇文献。文章数量总体呈上升趋势,2012年上升为148篇后,2013年降低为116篇,2020年发文量达到最高值(193篇)。美国、复旦大学和ZHENG S分别是最具生产力的国家、研究机构和学者。生产力最高和共引最多的期刊分别是《Journal of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition》(126篇)和《Hepatology》(987篇)。对参考文献的共引分析表明,最近的重点研究基础是“小鼠轮状病毒感染”和“瞬时弹性成像”。关键词的共现分析显示,“门脉高压”和“肝门空肠吻合术”已成为研究的前两个前沿热点。结论本研究系统分析了近11年来全球胆道闭锁研究趋势,该研究可以为了解该领域研究进展和前沿的学者提供指导。Objective To analyze the progress and frontiers of research on biliary atresia over the last 11 years through bibliometrics and visual analysis.Methods A total of 1642 articles published between 2010 and 2020 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection,and CiteSpace(5.7 R2)was used to analyze the progress and frontiers of biliary atresia research.Results A total of 1642 articles were identified.The number of articles showed an upward trend generally:rising to 148 articles in 2012,then decreasing to 116 in 2013,and rising to 193 in 2020.The USA,Fudan University,and ZHENG S were the most productive country,institute,and scholar,respectively.The most productive and most co-cited journals were Journal of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition(126)and Hepatology(987),respectively.The co-citation analysis of references revealed that the most recent research focus was“rotavirus-induced murine”and“Transient elastography”,reflecting the important research foundation in this field.The co-occurrence analysis of keywords revealed that“portal hypertension”and“kasai portoenterostomy”have emerged as the top two frontrunners for research.Conclusion In our study,we systematically analyzed global trends in biliary atresia research over the last 11 years,and the study can provide guidance to scholars who are aware of the progress and frontiers of research in the field.
