摘　　要：基于英文版导航电子地图制作高成本低品质的现状,通过对全要素英文版数据的标准、工艺、程序、关键词库、翻译数据进行分析。定位现有数据生产中5个方面的问题,制定了一套针对全要素英文版地图数据系统性改进方法,主要包括:①补充了12个要素的制作标准,制作了一套完整的生产作业指导规范;②优化了8项道路背景要素的制作工艺,理顺了数据流转,简化了作业交互;③重新设计了英文翻译逻辑,在分词的基础上,加入特定场景翻译逻辑,使英文预翻译品质提升了49%;④整合了关键词库,并扩充了34万词,同时将关键词库纳入元数据管理系统,使词库得到管理更新和维护;⑤构建了英文作业机制,使作业员的作业品质提升到94.47%。本文从标准、工艺、程序、词库、人员5个方面的改进,提升了英文版地图数据的品质。Based on the Current Situation of High-cost and Low-quality production of English Navigation Electronic Map,by analyzing all-element English data about the standards,processes,procedures,keywords and translation data,5 aspects of data production problems were located.This paper presented a set of systematic improvement methods for all-element English Navigation Electronic Map data,mainly including:①the production standards of 12 elements were supplemented,which formed a complete set of production operation guidelines.②The production process of 8 items about road and background were optimized,which straightened out the data circulation and simplify the work interaction.③The English translation logic was designed by adding specific scene translation logic on the basis of word segmentation,and this principle increased the quality of English pre-translation by 49%;④The keyword database was integrated and 340,000 words were expanded.At the same time,the keyword database was incorporated into the metadata management system so that it could be managed,updated and maintained.⑤An English operation system was constructed to improve the operator’s operation quality to 94.47%.The quality of the English form of map data was improved through improvements in 5 aspects including standards,technology,procedures,thesaurus,products,data,and personnel.
