摘  要:随着汽车轻量化要求的提高,全铝发动机已然成为未来汽车应用发展的趋势。通过离心铸造和固-液复合的方法制备了铝/铝基复合材料双层缸套,研究了不同表面处理条件下双层缸套的组织性能。结果表明,机械打磨表面处理未能获得良好的冶金结合界面,间隙率高,界面结合较差;化学法表面处理能改善界面间润湿性,间隙率减少,界面连续性较好;电镀铜表面处理界面连续性好,实现良好的冶金结合。展望了未来铝/铝基复合材料双层缸套的发展方向。With the requirements of lightweight cars, all-aluminum engines have become the development trend of future automotive applications. In this research, an aluminum/aluminum-based composite double-layer cylinder liner is prepared by centrifugal casting and solid-liquid composite method. This paper studies the structure properties of double-layer cylinder liners under different surface treatment conditions. The results show that the mechanical polishing surface treatment fails to obtain a good metallurgical bonding interface, with high gap rate and poor interface bonding. Chemical surface treatment can improve the wettability between the interfaces, reduce the gap rate, and have better interface continuity. The surface treatment of electroplated copper has good interface continuity and achieves good metallurgical bonding. The paper also forecasts the development direction of aluminum/aluminum-based composite double-layer cylinder liners in the future.
