摘　　要：针对汽车行业对连接器密封防护和多功能集成化的需求,提出一种带金属嵌件注塑成型的汽车连接器密封技术解决方案。该方案通过开发复杂的注塑模具(内膜和外模),并借助机电一体化设备辅助生产,不仅可使车辆满足气密性的要求,且在有限的空间内实现电源和信号多种功能连接。特别是针对具有密封要求,空间布局小,多Pin位,接触件结构复杂,功能多样化的车辆尤为适用。产品经过全面的电性能、机械性能和环境性能试验验证,达到预期效果,满足客户使用要求。For the requirements of connector sealing protection and multi-function integration in the automotive industry, this article proposed a solution for automobile connector sealing technology with metal insert injection molding. The solution was delivered by developing complex injection molds(inner and outer molds) and produced by mechatronics equipment, it can not only make the vehicle meet the air tightness requirements, but also realize the multi-functional connection of power supply and signal in a limited space. This solution is especially suitable for the vehicles with small space layout, multi-pin, complex contact structure and diverse functions. The product has been verified by comprehensive electrical performance, mechanical performance and environmental performance experiments to achieve the expected results and meet the customer requirements.
