摘　　要：总结化学介质对汽车非金属零件产生的影响,包括影响机理、主要影响因素、5类汽车零件能够接触到的化学品,并通过2个典型案例展示了化学介质对非金属零件所造成的影响,最后提出了风险评估的方法以及相应的预防措施,以避免因非金属材料和化学品选择和使用不当所造成的非金属零件失效。This paper summarized the influences of chemical media on automotive non-metallic parts, including the mechanism of influence, the main influencing factors, 5 types of chemicals that automotive parts can be exposed to,and demonstrated the effects of chemical media on non-metallic parts through 2 typical cases, and finally the proposed methods of risk assessment and corresponding preventive measures to avoid the failure of non-metallic parts caused by improper selection and use of non-metallic materials and chemicals.
