摘　　要：为提高商务英语实训项目管理评价的精度,促进提高商务英语专业培养和人才水平。首先,从质量管理理论视角出发,构建出一套基于建设保障、基地规划、实践组织、基地管理以及实训效能的商务英语实训项目管理评价指标体系。其次,本文提出了基于布谷鸟搜索算法优化极限学习机的商务英语实训项目管理评价方法,以解决初始权重等参数对极限学习机(Extreme Learning Machine,ELM)模型的性能影响的问题。研究结果表明,CS-ELM可以有效提高商务英语实训项目管理评价的精度,为商务英语实训项目管理评价提供了新的方法,从而为商务英语实训项目管理评价研究提供了重要的参考依据。In order to improve the accuracy of business English training project management and evaluation,and promote the improvement of business English professional training and talent level.Firstly,from the perspective of quality management theory,a set of business English practical training project management evaluation index system based on construction guarantee,base planning,practice organization,base management and practical training effectiveness is constructed.Secondly,considering that the performance of the ultimate learning machine model is affected by the initial input weight and the bias selection of the hidden layer,a management evaluation method for business English practical training project based on the optimization of ultimate learning machine based on cuckoo search algorithm is proposed.The results show that CS-ELM can effectively improve the accuracy of business English practical training project management evaluation,and provide a new method for business English practical training project management evaluation,thus providing an important reference for the study of business English practical training project management evaluation.
