摘 要:目的:探讨个体化设计配合3D打印在腕舟骨骨折内固定手术中的效果。方法:选取112例腕舟骨骨折患者,随机分组,各56例。比较两组术后恢复情况、并发症发生率、手术前后创伤指标血清水平、腕关节活动度及功能优良率。结果:观察组术中失血量少于对照组,手术时间、骨折愈合时间、恢复工作时间短于对照组,术后12 h、24 h、48 h创伤指标血清水平低于对照组,术后3个月腕关节活动度高于对照组,功能优良率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个体化设计配合3D打印技术的内固定手术治疗腕舟骨骨折效果显著。Objective:The effect of individualized design and 3D printing in internal fixation of carpal navicular fractures Methods:A total of 112 patients with carpal navicular fracture were selected and randomly divided into groups,56 cases in each group.The control group received open reduction and internal fixation,while the observation group received percutaneous cannulated screw internal fixation with individualized design combined with 3D printing technology.The operation and postoperative recovery,the incidence of complications,the serum levels of trauma indexes before and after operation,the range of motion of the wrist and the excellent and good rate of function were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time,fracture healing time,and return to work time were shorter than those in the control group.The range of motion of the wrist joint was higher than that of the control group,the rate of excellent and good function was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized design combined with 3D printing technology has a significant effect on the treatment of carpal navicular fractures with internal fixation.
