摘 要:锁骨下动脉、颈总动脉和椎动脉分叉处血管结构复杂,是粥样斑块狭窄的好发部位。应用医学建模软件MIMICS对二维CT数据进行三维血管重建,得到真实的锁骨下动脉、颈总动脉和椎动脉分叉处血管,采用计算流体力学方法对该分叉处血液与血管壁进行流固耦合数值模拟。计算结果显示,椎动脉起始部存在明显低速涡旋流动,颈总动脉内侧存在局部高切应力区域,颈总动脉分叉处和椎动脉起始部切应力值低,但管壁形变量变化明显。The vascular structure of subclavian artery,common carotid artery and vertebral artery bifurcation is complex,which is the most common sites for atherosclerotic plaque stenosis. Medical modeling software MIMICS was used to conduct 3D vascular reconstruction on 2D CT data to obtain the blood vessels at the bifurcation of the subclavian artery,common carotid artery and vertebral artery. Numerical simulation of fluid-solid interaction between blood and vascular wall at the bifurcation was carried out by computational fluid dynamics method. According to the calculation results,significant eddy flow was observed in the vertebral artery entrance where the velocity of blood flow was extremely slow. There was a local high shear stress area on the medial side of common carotid artery and the wall shear stress value was always very low at the bifurcation of the common carotid artery and the initial part of the vertebral artery,but the variation of tube wall deformation was obvious.
