摘 要:以加拿大、牧乐、N52K1009、SU9002等4个饲用高粱品种为试验材料,用不同浓度的混合盐碱溶液(NaCl∶NaHCO_(3)∶Na_(2)CO_(3)∶Na_(2)SO_(4)浓度比为1∶9∶9∶1)进行胁迫处理,研究混合盐碱胁迫对高粱幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:随着盐碱胁迫浓度的增加,不同饲用高粱品种幼苗的CAT活性、SOD活性、游离氨基酸含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,而POD活性和MDA含量不断增加;加拿大和牧乐幼苗在盐碱处理下的丙二醛含量低于N52K1009和SU9002,而其他生理指标的含量或活性均高于N52K1009和SU9002,说明加拿大和牧乐较N52K1009和SU9002更耐盐碱。饲用高粱通过增强CAT、SOD、POD抗氧化酶活性和游离氨基酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白渗透调节物质含量提高抗盐碱能力。Four forage sorghum varieties including Canada,Mule,N52K1009 and SU9002 were used as test materials,and mixed salt-alkali solutions with different concentrations(NaCl:NaHCO_(3)∶Na_(2)CO_(3)∶Na_(2)SO_(4) concentration ratio of 1∶9∶9∶1)were used for stress treatment to study the effects of mixed salt-alkali stress on the physiological characteristics of sorghum seedlings. The results showed that with the increase of salt-alkali stress concentration,the activities of CAT,SOD,the contents of free amino acids,soluble sugar and soluble protein in seedlings of different forage sorghum varieties increased first and then decreased,while POD activity and MDA content increased continuously;The malondialdehyde content of Canada and Mule seedlings under salt-alkali treatment was lower than that of N52K1009 and SU9002,while the contents or activities of other physiological indicators were higher than that of N52K1009 and SU9002,indicating that Canada and Mule were more salt-alkali tolerant than N52K1009 and SU9002. Forage sorghum can improve the ability of salt and alkali resistance by enhancing the activities of CAT,SOD,POD antioxidant enzymes and the content of free amino acids,soluble sugars,and soluble protein osmotic regulation substance.
