溶剂型胶粘剂中三种有机物含量的测定

摘　　要：该方法以乙酸丁酯为溶剂,采用气相色谱串联质谱联用仪分析,测定溶剂型胶粘剂中的丙酮、碳酸二甲酯、乙酸甲酯。实验表明,在1~100 mg/L范围内,方法检出限均在0.01%左右,平均加标回收率为85%~109%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~3.5%(n=10)。此方法可以有效避免乙酸乙酯带来的溶剂峰干扰,准确地同时测定三种有机物的含量。This method uses butyl acetate as the solvent and uses gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry to determine acetone,dimethyl carbonate and methyl acetate in solvent-based adhesives.The results show that in the range of 1~100 mg/L,the detection limit of the method is about 0.01%,the average recovery is 85%~109%,and the relative standard deviation is 2.2%~3.5%(n=10).This method can effectively avoid the interference of solvent peak caused by ethyl acetate,and accurately determine the contents of three organic substances at the same time.
