摘  要:泛素化与去泛素化修饰通过调节细胞内蛋白质水平及活性而广泛参与机体的各类生理活动。正常妊娠过程有赖于母胎界面微环境稳态的建立和维持,涉及滋养层细胞、蜕膜基质细胞和蜕膜免疫细胞的增殖、分化、迁移、侵袭、极化、吞噬、分泌等生理活动的精细调控。已有研究证实,泛素-蛋白酶体系统(UPS)在这些细胞生理活动的调控中发挥着重要作用,其功能紊乱则可能导致复发性自然流产(RSA)、子痫前期(PE)等妊娠相关疾病的发生。本文就母胎界面蛋白质泛素化修饰的作用及其与不良妊娠结局相关性的研究进展进行综述,以期为生殖领域基础医学的研究提供参考。Ubiquitination and deubiquitination modification are widely involved in various physiological activities of the body by regulating the level and activity of intracellular proteins. Establishment and maintenance of micro-environmental homeostasis at the maternal-fetal interface, of which relate to the proliferation, differentiation, migration, invasion, polarization or phagocytosis of trophoblasts, decidual stromal cells and decidual immune cells, is essential for the success pregnancy. It has been well demonstrated that, the ubiquitin proteasome system(UPS) plays critical roles in the cell activities, and dysfunction of this system could lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes including recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) and preeclampsia(PE). Here, the roles of ubiquitination at the maternal-fetal interface and its association with adverse pregnancy outcomes were synoptically described for reference.
