摘 要:精液中生精细胞的异常脱落是睾丸生殖功能受损的直接反应和表现,通过精液细胞学分析能够观察生精细胞和精子发生、发展的各个阶段。如果生精细胞脱落的数量、比例及形态异常,将有可能引起睾丸生精功能障碍,导致不育。精液细胞学分析丰富了男性不育的检测手段,并从细胞水平进一步分析病因及潜在的危险因素,为男性不育的诊断和治疗拓宽了视野,提供了新的思路。本文从精液细胞学的研究现状、检测方法及临床意义进行综述,并从细胞形态学的视角探索精液细胞学在男性不育实验诊断中的应用价值。Abnormal shedding of spermatogenic cells in semen is a direct response and manifestation of impaired testicular reproductive function. Through semen cytological analysis, all stages of spermatogenic cells, spermatogenesis and development could be observed. If the number, proportion and morphology of spermatogenic cells are abnormal, it may cause testicular spermatogenic dysfunction and infertility. Semen cytological analysis enriches the detection methods of male infertility, and further analyzes the etiology and potential risk factors at the cellular level, which broadens the vision and provides a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility. The paper reviews the research status, testing methods and clinical significance of semen cytology, also discusses the application value in the laboratory diagnosis of male infertility from the perspective of cytomorphology.
