摘　　要：目的:针对广州中医药大学本科大学生礼仪素质现状进行分析,找出存在问题,为提升大学生礼仪素质提出可行对策。方法:采用问卷调查方式,抽样调查我校大一到大三三个年级(医药、文科、理科、工科)本科学生270名;运用SPSS17.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:我校本科生不同性别、医学与非医学专业,对学习礼仪知识的态度不同(P <0.05);礼仪知识掌握较欠缺,自我约束能力较弱等。结论:总体上大学生较重视学习礼仪知识;学校需要完善礼仪教育模式,社会家庭需要创建文明礼仪氛围;加强对大学生礼仪素质的培养,提升其礼仪水平。Objective: This paper analyses the status of etiquette quality of undergraduates in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.We find out the problems and try to provide feasible advices and measures to develop the etiquette quality of undergraduates.Method: We use questionnaire survey by sampling 270 students from the three grades(08, 09 and 10) of different majors(medicine, arts,science and engineering),then we use SPSS17.0 software to have a statistical analysis. Results: Different genders and majors of students have different attitudes towards etiquette study. Besides, they have not enough knowledge about etiquette and their capability of selfcontrol is rather weak. Conclusion: Generally,undergraduates have put greater emphasis on learning etiquette. Otherwise, our university has to improve etiquette education model.Meanwhile, society and family should build the civilized atmosphere to reinforce student’s etiquette quality training.
