摘 要:为实现对某伟晶岩型钽铌矿床的绿色、资源化高效利用,采用XRF,XRD,SEM-EDS和化学定量分析等检测手段分析钽铌原矿性质,通过重选、浮选和磁选研究钽、铌及非金属矿物的回收,并考查回收的长石、石英和云母矿物的应用。研究结果表明:原矿金属矿物主要为钽铌锰矿和细晶石,非金属矿物主要为长石、石英和云母;Ta_(2)O_(5)和Nb_(2)O_(5)的品位分别为24.66%和26.39%,钽和铌回收率分别为70.10%和65.23%,并实现长石、石英和云母矿物的有效分离;长石、石英和云母矿物应用均满足相关行业中的指标要求,实现了某伟晶岩型钽铌矿资源的综合回收利用。In order to realize the green and resources efficient utilization of a pegmatite type tantalum niobium deposit,the basic properties of the tantalum-niobium ore with XRF,XRD,SEM-EDS and chemical quantitative analysis,recycling of tantalum-niobium and non-metallic minerals by gravity separation,flotation and magnetic separation,and the application of feldspar,quartz and mica minerals were investigated.The results show that the main metallic minerals are tantalum niobium manganese ore and fine crystal,while the non-metallic minerals are feldspar,quartz and mica.Mass fraction of Ta_(2)O_(5) and Nb_(2)O_(5) are 24.66%and 26.39%,and recovery of tantalum and niobium are 70.10%and 65.23%,respectively.Effective separation of quartz and mica minerals can be obtained by the combined process of“gravity separation−flotation−magnetic separation−flotation”.The application indexes of feldspar,quartz and mica minerals all meet the index requirements in related industries,which realizes the comprehensive utilization of a pegmatite type tantalum niobium deposit.
