摘  要:为了探明平行钢绞线斜拉索内部的接触来源及其对斜拉索整体力学行为的影响,根据平行钢绞线斜拉索的构造特点与力学关系,分析索体内部3类接触效应的产生机理;通过理论分析得到索箍刚性耦合下的拉索振动方程,并对相关参数进行敏感性分析;对外套管和索箍多重耦合作用下的斜拉索自振特性进行有限元仿真分析,并基于相关研究结果进行试验验证。研究结果表明:索箍刚性耦合、外套管自重作用和几何约束是平行钢绞线斜拉索索箍接触的3个重要来源;在接触耦合作用下,平行钢绞线索自振行为兼具整体性和独立性,索股系统在整数倍频之间出现了分数倍频,在整体振型之间会出现局部振型;接触作用使各索股振动发生耦合,耦合的索股振动具有一致性,使整数倍频与整体性良好的拉索的自振频率具有比拟性,为振动频率法测试耦合索股系统总索力提供了理论基础;对于常规的平行钢绞线斜拉索,当股间索力不均匀性满足规范要求且具有足够的耦合时,按整数倍频换算的索力精度可满足工程需要。In order to find out the internal contact source of parallel strand cables and its influence on the overall mechanical behavior of the stay cables,according to the structural characteristics and mechanical relationship of parallel strand cables,the mechanism of three kinds of contact effects in the cable body was analyzed.Through theoretical analysis,the vibration equation of cables during rigid coupling of cable hoops was obtained,and the sensitivity analysis of relevant parameters was carried out as well.The finite element simulation analysis of the natural vibration characteristics of stay cables under the multiple couplings action of outer pipe and cable hoops was carried out,and the laboratory or field tests were also performed based on the relevant research results.The results show that rigid coupling of cable hoops,self-weight action and the geometric constraint of outer pipe are three important contact sources of cable hoops in the parallel strands.Under the contact coupling effect,the natural vibration behavior of the parallel strand cables has both integrity and independence.The strand system exhibits fractional frequency between integer frequency and local mode between the overall mode shapes.The vibration of each strand is coupled by the contact action,and the vibrations are consistent.At this point,the integral multiple frequency is comparable with the natural frequency of the cable with good integrity,which provides a theoretical basis for the vibration frequency method to measure the total cable force of the coupling system.For the conventional parallel stranded cables,the vibration frequency method can be used to measure the cable tension when the non-uniformity of cable force between strands meets the specification requirements and enough couplings are accessible.And the accuracy of cable force converted by integral multiple frequency can meet the needs of the engineering.
