摘 要:目的 探讨人体贴片式TER010心电记录仪在自然状态大鼠超长时间心电监测中的应用,并提供自然状态大鼠的心率及昼夜节律变化。方法 10只Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠气体麻醉状态下佩戴人体贴片式TER010心电记录仪,选用单导连续记录全天心电活动共5天记录的心电图,分析自然状态下总心率,白天平均心率,最大、最小心率,晚上平均心率,最大、最小心率及自发心律失常情况。结果 8只SD大鼠完成了5天监测,2只大鼠分别在第2天,第3天将电极片咬坏,未完整记录数据。正常SD大鼠在自由活动情况下,5天的平均心率为(402.25±54.63)次/分,白天(8:00-20:00)平均心率为(391.21±51.10)次/分,最大心率545次/分,最小心率200次/分,夜间(20:00-8:00)平均心率为(419.61±55.50)次/分,最大心率600次/分,最小心率218次/分。大鼠心率的昼夜节律为白天心率偏慢,夜间心率偏快,二者有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 人体贴片式动态心电监测产品可安全、无损伤的对完全自由活动状态的大鼠进行120 h的心电监测,其记录的信号清晰、稳定、噪声小,可用于正常及急慢性模型大鼠自然状态下心率及心律监测。Objective To explore the application of the human body patch TER010 electrocardiogram(ECG) recorder in natural state rats, and to investigate the heart rate and circadian rhythm changes on normal ambulatory rats. Methods Ten Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats under gas anesthesia worn long-range wearable dynamic ECG monitoring products, and single-lead continuous ECG was recorded for 5 days in ambulatory state, the total heart rate, average heart rate, maximum and minimum heart rate on day and night, spontaneous arrhythmia and circadian rhythm changes were determined. Results Eight SD rats completed 5-day monitoring, and 2 rats bit the electrodes on the 2 nd and 3 rd day respectively, without complete data recording. The average heart rate of normal SD rats of 5 days in ambulatory state was(402.25±54.63) beat per minute(bpm), the maximum and minimum heart rate was 545 and 200 bpm on day respectively(8:00-20:00),the average heart rate was(391.21±51.10) and(419.61±55.50) bpm on day and night respectively. The maximum and minimum heart rate was 600 and 218 bpm on night respectively(20:00-8:00). The circadian rhythm of heart rate in rats was that the heart rate was slower in the daytime and faster at night, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The human body patch TER010 ECG recorder can safely and non-invasively monitor and record ECG on ambulatory rats about 120 hours.The ECG signal is clear,stable,and low noise,which can be used to monitor the heart rate and rhythm in normal and acute and chronic model rats on ambulatory states.
