摘　　要：目的P观察灯盏花素联合吡拉西坦治疗中型颅脑损伤(MHI)患者临床疗效。方法P将我院收治的97例MHI患者随机分为观察组49例与对照组48例,观察组采用盏花素+吡拉西坦治疗,对照组采用吡拉西坦治疗,观察两组临床疗效,两组治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、简易精神状态量表(MMSE量表)、格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分及白介素-6(IL-6)、S-100β蛋白(S-100β)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平比较。结果P治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组NHISS评分均降低,MMSE、GCS评分均升高,观察组NHISS评分低于对照组,观察组MMSE、GCS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组IL-6、S-100P、NSE水平均降低,观察组IL-6、S-100P、NSE均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论灯盏花素、吡拉西坦联合治疗MHI的疗效较优,神经功能、认知功能、昏迷程度改善显著,可能与血清炎症因子和脑组织损伤指标下降有关。Objective To observe the clinical effect of breviscapine combined with piracetam on patients with moderate head injury(MHI).Methods Ninety-seven MHI patients were randomly divided observation group(n=49)and control group(n=48),observation group was treated with breviscapine combined with piracetam,and control group was treated with piracetam.The clinical efficacy,the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)Scale,Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),S-100βprotein(S-100β),Neuron Specific Enolase(NSE)of both groups before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the NHISS scores of both groups decreased,which of observation group were lower than control group;and the MMSE and GCS scores increased,which of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05);the levels of IL-6,S-100,and NSE in both groups were reduced,which in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of breviscapine and piracetam is effective in treatment of MHI.The neurological function,cognitive function,and the degree of coma are significantly improved,which might be related to the decrease of serum inflammatory factors and brain tissue damage indicators.
