瘿平胶囊治疗痰瘀互结型甲亢临床疗效及对甲状腺上动脉血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察瘿平胶囊治疗痰瘀互结型甲亢临床疗效及对甲状腺上动脉血流动力学的影响。方法将我院80例痰瘀互结型甲亢患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,对照组采用甲巯咪唑治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用瘿平胶囊治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后甲状腺刺激性抗体(TSAb)、甲状腺刺激阻断性抗体(TSBAb)、收缩期峰值流速(Vmax)、舒张末期流速(Vmin)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平变化。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组Vmax、Vmin较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清TSAb水平较治疗前降低,TSBAb较治疗前升高,且观察组血清TSAb水平低于对照组,TSBAb水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组AST、ALT均较治疗前降低,且观察组AST、ALT低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瘿平胶囊治疗痰瘀互结型甲亢临床疗效较好,能够有效改善患者的血流动力学指标和机体免疫,减轻肝损伤,且安全性好。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Yingping Capsules on hyperthyroidism of stasis-phlegm type and its influences on hemodynamics of superior thyroid artery.Methods Eighty patients with hyperthyroidism of stasis-phlegm type were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with methimazole,while observation group was treated with Yingping Capsules on basis of control group.The clinical curative effect and changes in levels of thyroid stmulating antibody(TSAb),thyroid stimulation blocking antibody(TSBAb),peak systolic velocity(Vmax),end diastolic velocity(Vmin),alanine aminotransferas(AST)and aspartate aminotransferase(ALT)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,total response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);Vmax and Vmin in both groups decreased,which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);serum TSAb level decreased,while TSBAb level increased in both groups;serum TSAb level in observation group was lower than that in control group,while TSBAb level was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);AST and ALT in both groups decreased,and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);there was on statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical curative effect of Yingping Capsules is good on hyperthyroidism of stasis-phlegm type,which can effectively improve hemodynamics indexes and immunity,and relieve liver damage with good safety.
