芪黄汤联合激素治疗对免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患者淋巴细胞亚群及血小板计数的影响

摘　　要：目的观察芪黄汤联合激素对免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者淋巴细胞亚群和血小板计数的影响。方法将我院收治的84例ITP患者随机分为观察组与对照组各42例。观察组给予芪黄汤联合激素治疗,对照组仅给予激素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后淋巴细胞亚群CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板表面相关抗体(PAIG)、血小板压积(PCT)。结果治疗后,观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)升高、CD8^(+)降低,且观察组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者PLT、PCT升高,MPV、PAIG降低,且观察组患者PLT、PCT高于对照组,MPV、PAIG低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪黄汤联合激素治疗能显著改善ITP患者免疫异常情况,抑制血小板抗体,提高血小板计数,效果满意。Objective To observe the effect of Qihuang Decoction combined with hormones on lymphocyte subsets and platelet count in patients with immune thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods Eighty-four patients with ITP were randomly divided into observation group and control group each with 42 cases.Observation group was given Qihuang Decoction combined with hormone therapy,while control group was given only hormone therapy.The clinical efficacy,lymphocyte subsets CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet surface-associated antibody(PAIG),and platelet count(PCT)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);CD3^(+),CD4^(+)increased and CD8^(+)decreased in both groups,and CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in observation group were higher,while CD8^(+)was lower than control group(P<0.05);PLT and PCT increased while MPV and PAIG decreased in both groups,and PLT and PCT in observation group were higher than those in control group,while MPV and PAIG were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qihuang Decoction combined with hormone therapy could significantly improve the immunity of ITP patients,inhibit platelet antibodies,and increase platelet count with satisfactory effect.
