摘　　要：总结王平教授中医辨证小儿遗尿的临证经验。王平教授认为该病元气亏虚失运乃发病之因,脏腑功能失调乃起病之源,“阴火”常有余乃疾病之特点。其主要病机可归纳为“元气亏虚失运、脏腑功能失调”。治疗上以“培调元气”为基本原则,多脏辨证,标本兼顾。此外对于患儿的日常调护教养以及心理干预也是治疗过程中必不可少的环节。附验案1则,以资佐证。To introduce Prof.WANG Ping’s clinical experience in syndrome differentiation of infantile enuresis.In Prof.Wang’s opinion,the cause of this disease is the deficiency or the disorder of primordial qi.The function imbalance of viscera is the source of this disease.Yinhuo is characteristics of disease.The main pathogenesis can be summarized as the deficiency or the disorder of primordial qi and the function imbalance of viscera.The basic treatment principle for this disease is regulating and replenishing primordial qi,and by the way of multiple viscera and syndrome differentiation.Deficiency and excess of syndrome should be examined in detail.In addition,the essential link of therapeutic process include daily care and attention,fostering and guiding and mental intervention.One proven case was listed as evidence for treating infantile enuresis effectively in clinic.
