摘　　要：“治病求本”是中医学重要思想和治疗原则,周安方教授以为,求“本”实为对辨证、辨病的综合认识,临证辨治、辨证为先、辨病合参,综虑其“本”。对“本”的涵义,《黄帝内经》指出“治病求本”之“本”乃阴阳;周安方教授提出,治病求本除求阴阳外,还应包涵求病因、求病机、求精气和求胃气。“Seeking the root of disease”is an important thought and treatment principle of TCM.Prof.ZHOU An-fang believes that seeking the“ben”is actually a comprehensive understanding of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation.Regarding the meaning of“ben”,pointed out that the“ben”of“seeking the root of the disease”is yin and yang;Prof.ZHOU proposed that in addition to seeking yin and yang,the treatment of diseases should also include seeking etiology,pathogenesis,vital essence and stomach qi.
