摘 要:针对山西某区域煤层气井管柱结垢腐蚀严重、现场阻垢缓蚀剂效果不佳且与其他添加剂不配伍的现状,通过对现场结垢腐蚀原因分析及进行阻垢缓蚀剂的静态阻垢实验、静态挂片实验以及复配稳定性测定实验等优选出一种复配型阻垢缓蚀剂,并对其进行现场应用评价。结果表明:当阻垢缓蚀剂GD-1和GD-2的复配比例为1∶1,使用质量浓度为150 mg·L^(-1)时,阻垢率达到92.1%,缓蚀率达到89.3%,腐蚀速度低于0.076 mm·a^(-1);在现场应用时,采出水中铁离子含量显著降低,阻垢缓蚀剂含量明显增加,有效解决了该区域煤层气井结垢腐蚀问题,延长了检泵周期,提高了煤层气井的经济效益。Aiming at the serious scaling and corrosion of rod strings and tubing of coalbed methane(CBM) wells in Shanxi, poor effect of scale and corrosion inhibitor on the site and its incompatibility with other additives, a compound scale and corrosion inhibitor was finely selected through analysis of the causes of scaling and corrosion on the site and the static scale inhibition experiment and hanging-piece experiment. The results showed that, when the ratio of scale and corrosion inhibitor GD-1 and GD-2 was 1∶1, and the mass concentration was 150 mg·L^(-1), the scale inhibition rate and corrosion inhibition rate were 92.1% and 89.3% respectively, with a corrosion rate of less than 0.076 mm·a^(-1);in field application, the content of iron ions in produced water was significantly reduced and that of scale and corrosion inhibitor was significantly increased, thus solving the scaling and corrosion problems of CBM wells, extending the pump inspection cycle and improving the economic benefit of CBM wells.
