摘 要:造纸污泥既是一种污染物,又是一种重要资源,应进行无害化和资源化处理,而焚烧可实现造纸污泥无害化和资源化处理。介绍了造纸污泥焚烧处理技术,包括立式多段炉焚烧技术、回转窑焚烧技术、流化床焚烧技术和解耦炉焚烧技术等。这些技术可将造纸污泥无害化和资源化处理,尤其是其中的解耦炉焚烧技术,不但具有其他焚烧技术的优点,而且是低氮焚烧技术,是造纸污泥焚烧资源化处理技术未来发展的趋势,具有良好的发展前景。The papermaking sludge is not only a pollutant, but also a resource, it should be treated using combustion with harmlessness and resource utilization. Therefore, the treatment technologies of papermaking sludge with combustion were introduced. Those technologies can be classified to the vertical multiple hearth furnace combustion technology, the rotary kiln combustion technology, the fluidized bed combustion technology and the decoupling furnace combustion technology, and so on. With those technologies, the papermaking sludge can be treated with harmlessness and resource utilization. Especially, the decoupling furnace combustion technology is not only possess advantages of other combustion technologies of papermaking sludge, is but also a combustion technology with low nitrogen combustion, so it is development trend of papermaking sludge combustion technology, and has good development prospects.
