摘　　要：快走丝线切割加工机床是我国当前生产和使用的主要机种,但在实际生产中,线切割加工试验模具会出现各种各样的问题基于此,文章分析了快走丝线切割加工试验模具的核心内容,包括试验模具型腔、镶件加工、研配组装的注意事项和要求,并重点介绍了铝制试验模具的加工要求,以期为线切割加工试验模具的实操提供理论参考。The fast wire cutting marhine tool is the main machine typt1 rurrently produced and used in C.hina.But in actual prorluc-fion,there will he various problems in the wire cutting test molds.Based on this,this paper analyzes the core content of the fast wire rulting lesl mold,including the precautions and requirements for ihe ravity,insert processing,research and assembly of the lest molds,and focuses on the processing requirements of ihe aluminum test mold,so as to provide theoretical references for ihe practical operation of wire culling test molds.
