摘　　要：当前,儿童孤独症发病率居高不下,孤独症患儿康复治疗中面临一系列问题。纵观国内外在作业治疗领域的研究现状,文章从建设并完善ASD疾病宣传机制、OT治疗课程体系建设及医师培养、OT治疗系统开发三方面提出构建孤独症OT治疗体系并设计符合孤独症患儿康复需求的标准化玩教具的构想,以期促进OT治疗在孤独症领域的深入应用,为孤独症患儿提供科学有效的玩教具。At present,the incidence of autism in children re-mains high,and children with autism are faced with a series of problems in the rehabilitation trealmenl.Looking al the research status in the field of occupational therapy at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing an autism OT treatment system and designing standard-ized toy teaching aids that meet the rehabilitation needs of children with autism from three aspects:the construetion and improvement of ASD disease publicity mechanism,the construction of OT treatment curriculum system,the training of phyicians.and the development of OT treatment system,so as to promote the in-depth application of OT treatment in the field of autism and provide scientific and efective toy teaching aids for children with autism.
