分解炉锥体角度及三次风进炉位置对分解炉工况的影响研究

摘　　要：以三次风割向进炉为基础,研究分解炉锥体三种角度、三次风管与分解炉三种对接方式下分解炉的工作状况。结论是:三次风管的位置越低,分解炉锥体气体对物料的托举能力就越强,越不容易塌料;三次风管完全与分解炉直段对接时,旋流太强,混合效果差,分解炉工况差;当分解炉锥体角度为75°时,三次风管布置在锥体是非常合适的,此种方式下分解炉流场好,温度均匀,生料分解率高;分解炉锥体角度为70°时,三次风管完全布置在锥体或者锥体和直段交汇处,分解炉的流场都很好;分解炉锥体角度为65°时,混合空间大,混合效果不好,容易产生局部高温等问题。Based on the tangential entry of tertiary air into the furnace,the working conditions of the calciner under three angles of the calciner cone and three connection modes of the tertiary air duct and the calciner are studied.The conclusion is:the lower the position of the tertiary air duct,the stronger the lifting ability of the calciner cone gas to the material,and the less easy it is to collapse the material;when the tertiary air duct is completely connected to the straight section of the calciner,the swirl is too strong and the mixing The effect is poor,and the working conditions of the calciner are poor;when the angle of the calciner cone is 75°,it is very suitable to arrange the tertiary air duct in the cone.In this way,the calciner has a good flow field,uniform temperature and high raw meal decomposition rate.;When the cone angle of the calciner is 70°,the tertiary air duct is completely arranged at the intersection of the cone or the cone and the straight section,and the flow field of the calciner is very good;when the cone angle of the calciner is 65°,the mixing space is large,the mixing efiect is not good,and it is easy to produce local high temperature and other problems.
