摘  要:针对国产托盘捆扎机捆扎速度慢、稳定性差的现状,分析托盘捆扎工艺流程与设计要求,利用Solidworks建立捆扎机头三维模型与执行机构分析模型。基于PLC和凸轮组协同控制原理,设计捆扎机构工作循环图。采用5次多项式运动规律,设计捆扎执行机构的驱动凸轮轮廓。分析捆扎执行机构动力学特性和模态,采用ADAMS优化设计捆扎执行机构的关键部件。优化设计的捆扎机构已在捆扎机上应用,取得良好效果。In view of the current situation of domestic pallet strapping machine with slow strapping speed and poor stability,the pallet strapping process and design requirements were analyzed.The strapping head and the mechanism analysis model were established by SolidWorks.Based on PLC and cam cooperative control principle,the working cycle diagram of the strapping mechanism was designed.The driving cam profile of the strapping actuator was designed by using five-polynomial-motion-law.Finally,the dynamic characteristics and modality of the strapping actuator were analyzed,and the key components of the strapping actuator were optimized by ADAMS.Based on the research results,the strapping mechanism was optimized and successfully applied to the actual production with good effect.
