摘 要:为解决传统焦炉煤气制备甲醇产量低、驰放气排放造成环境污染的问题,在对当前焦炉煤气制备甲醇工艺流程及各个流程任务的基础上阐述了实际生产中面临的主要问题,并通过增加氢气和二氧化碳的分离回收单元实现对焦炉煤气制备甲醇工艺的优化,最终从甲醇产量、驰放气排放量以及生产成本等方面对新工艺的优化效果进行评估。In order to solve the problems of low output of methanol preparation from traditional coke oven gas and environmental pollution caused by exhaust gas emission,based on the current process and tasks of methanol preparation from coke oven gas,this paper expounds the main problems faced in actual production,and realizes the optimization of methanol preparation process from coke oven gas by increasing the separation and recovery unit of hydrogen and carbon dioxide.The optimization effect of the new process is evaluated in terms of exhaust gas emission and production cost.
