摘 要:结合我国煤质,为解决常规顶装炼焦工艺与煤炭质量不匹配的问题,重点从理论、实践生产和所得焦炭质量进行对比研究。首先,从理论层面对比顶装炼焦和捣固炼焦的工艺流程;其次,以150万t焦化项目为例设计了基于两种炼焦工艺不同的炼焦方案;最后,对两种炼焦工艺所得焦炭的耐磨强度、抗碎强度、反应性和反应后强度进行对比。Combined with China's coal quality,in order to solve the problem of mismatch between conventional top charging coking process and coal quality,a comparative study is carried out from the aspects of theory,practical production and coke quality.Firstly,the technological processes of top loading coking and tamping coking are compared theoretically.Secondly,taking the 1.5 million t coking project as an example,different coking schemes based on two coking processes are designed.Finally,the wear-resistant strength,crushing strength,reactivity and post reaction strength of coke obtained by the two coking processes were compared.
