摘 要:为解决煤炭燃烧过程中含硫产物对环境严重污染的问题,首先对煤炭超高温烟气发生工艺进行研究;在此基础上,设计实验系统对不同煤样在不同热解温度下硫的迁徙特性进行研究,并完成相关实验装置、测定方法的研究;最后,主要对四川、山西、林南以及黄陵煤样在热解反应中硫的迁徙特性进行研究,为后续煤炭的脱硫操作奠定基础。In order to solve the problem of serious environmental pollution caused by sulfur-containing products in the process of coal combustion,the generation process of coal ultra-high temperature flue gas is studied firstly.On this basis,an experimental system is designed to study the sulfur migration characteristics of different coal samples at different pyrolysis temperatures,and the relevant experimental devices and determination methods are completed.Finally,the sulfur migration characteristics of Sichuan,Shanxi,Linnan and Huangling coal samples in pyrolysis reaction are studied,so as to lay a foundation for subsequent coal desulfurization operation.
