摘 要:随着我国对于煤炭的需求量越来越大,导致煤炭在生产过程中由于工作量增大,很多时候都会出现喷煤问题。当前喷煤数量逐渐提升,我国测试相关焦炭热的需求也逐渐提高,为了满足实际需求,相关设计人员需要不断研究此技术。我国有多年的炼钢经验,在此基础之上也总结出了各类内容,比如说焦炭热的性质能够直接影响炼钢的实际情况,简而言之,焦碳热起到了决定性作用。我国炼钢技术在不断进步,为了提高炼钢能力,相关施工人员需要不断依靠试验为其相关技术奠定发展基础,但是缺乏了精确度,因此为了规避此类问题还需要结合煤质分析预测焦炭热性质,以此确保相关工作能够顺利实施。With the increasing demand for coal in China,the problem of coal injection often occurs due to the increase of workload in the production process of coal.At present,the number of coal injection is gradually increasing,and the demand for testing relevant coke heat in China is also gradually increasing.In order to meet the actual demand,relevant designers need to constantly study this technology.China has many years of steel-making experience.On this basis,various contents are also summarized.For example,the nature of coke heat can directly affect the actual situation of steel-making.In short,coke heat plays a decisive role.China's steel-making technology is constantly improving.In order to improve the steel-making capacity,relevant construction personnel need to constantly rely on tests to lay the development foundation for their relevant technologies,but they lack accuracy.Therefore,in order to avoid such problems,it is also necessary to predict the thermal properties of coke in combination with coal quality analysis,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of relevant work.
