摘  要:针对麟源煤业化产回收区域“洗净塔+活性炭吸附”回收VOC气体工艺运行中出现的问题进行了分析。在此基础上,把原工艺改造为“VOC气体进焦炉焚烧”工艺,同时进行了加装冷凝器、对难回收点位改造、根据风量匹配风机、加设洗涤塔和气体杂质补集器、增加爆炸极限在线监测联锁系统、增设引射混合器等一系列技改,实现了化产回收区域VOC气体的全面回收及无害化、效益化处理。The analysis was made on problems of VOC recovery process of"cleaning tower+activated carbon adsorption"in chemical recovery section of Linyuan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.On this basis,the original process was transformed into"VOC gas incineration in coke oven"process,and a series of technical changes were made,such as adding condenser,transforming difficult recovery point,matching fan according to air volume,adding scrubber tower and gas impurity collector,increasing explosion limit online monitoring interlock system,adding ejector mixer and so on.It realized the comprehensive recovery of VOC gas in chemical recovery section,as well as the harmless and beneficial treatment.
