摘  要:在DF19断层影响下,11#煤层不连续,从而给31102综采工作面正常回采带来制约。为实现采面安全高效通过DF19断层,提出采用预掘巷道并在预掘空间内向断层影响区进行松动爆破,以达到提高采煤机破岩效率、弱化岩层目的。依据采面实际情况,对松动爆破方案以及过断层技术方案进行设计。现场应用后,采面在过断层期间可保持3.2 m/d推进速度,采煤机磨损程度也有所降低,为采面过大落差断层创造了良好条件。Under the influence of DF19 fault,11#coal seam is discontinuous,which restricts the normal mining of 31102 fully mechanized face.In order to realize the safe and efficient passage of the mining face through the DF19 fault,it is proposed to adopt the pre.excavation roadway and conduct loose blasting in the pre.excavation space to the fault affected area,so as to improve the rock breaking efficiency of the shearer and weaken the rock stratum.According to the actual situation of the mining face,the loose blasting scheme and the fault crossing technical scheme are designed.After field application,the advancing speed of the mining face can be maintained at 3.2 m/d during the fault crossing period,and the wear degree of the shearer is also reduced,creating good conditions for the fault with too large drop in the mining face.
