摘　　要：在焦油加工系统中,沥青输送泵居重要地位,其作用是将初馏单元汽提塔内的中温沥青(密度1120 kg/m^(3),温度:380℃~400℃),输送至改质沥青装置。此次技术攻关通过对设备工作原理的分析,同时结合泵类设备动力密封思路进行研究实施,制造出了适用于焦油加工系统沥青输送泵的新型动力密封装置,替代了原进口填料密封,实现了设备的国产化。In the tar processing system,the asphalt transfer pump plays an important role.Its function is to transfer the medium temperature asphalt(density 1120kg/m^(3),temperature:380℃~400℃in the stripper of the primary distillation unit to the modified asphalt unit.Through the analysis of the working principle of the equipment and the research and implementation of the idea of dynamic sealing of pump equipment,a new dynamic sealing device suitable for the asphalt delivery pump of tar processing system is manufactured,which replaces the original imported packing seal and realizes the localization of the equipment.
