摘  要:通过对真空圆盘干化机使用过程中发生的故障及原因进行分析,认为发生从动轴中间断裂的主要原因是干化机长时间、大负荷运行轴发生疲劳、腐蚀,加之真空轴特殊结构中间受力薄弱所致。采取对从动轴中间焊接加强套,并将轴中间多个圆盘改为自制桨叶,大大改进了设备性能。Through the analysis of the faults and causes during the use of the vacuum disc dryer,it is considered that the main reason for the middle fracture of the driven shaft is the fatigue and corrosion of the shaft of the dryer running for a long time and under heavy load,as well as the weak stress in the middle of the special structure of the vacuum shaft.The reinforcing sleeve is welded in the middle of the driven shaft,and a plurality of discs in the middle of the shaft are changed into self-made blades,which greatly improves the performance of the equipment.
