摘  要:晋煤太钢公司某污水处理系统对高浓度有机废水的处理采用预处理-厌氧生化-好氧生化处理工艺,由于进水水质COD浓度较高,导致厌氧生化工序中单个厌氧塔负荷过大,造成厌氧出水和外排出水水质COD浓度超标。针对这一情况,采用二级厌氧塔对厌氧生化工序进行优化改造,并调整内部构造,改造后厌氧出水和外排出水水质COD平均去除率分别达90.5%、99.2%,满足污水排放要求。A wastewater treatment system of Jinmei TISCO company adopts the pretreatment anaerobic biochemical aerobic biochemical treatment process for the treatment of high concentration organic wastewater.Due to the high COD concentration of influent water,the load of a single anaerobic tower in the anaerobic biochemical process is too large,resulting in the excessive COD concentration of anaerobic effluent and effluent water.In view of this situation,the two-stage anaerobic tower is used to optimize and transform the anaerobic biochemical process and adjust the internal structure.After the transformation,the average COD removal rates of anaerobic effluent and external effluent water quality are 90.5%and 99.2%respectively,meeting the requirements of sewage discharge.
