摘　　要：数字经济发展背景下,产业链数字化发展成为我国产业升级的重要途径。伴随着数字经济与产业的动态演化,产业链数字化发展呈现出三种模式:数据集成导向模式、知识集成导向模式和智能集成导向模式,三种模式分别针对不同特征的产业链,其数字化内涵也各有侧重。推进产业链数字化治理相应具体举措有:通过产业链图谱建设理顺产业链条区域分布;通过数字化能力协同评估促进产业链数字化同步;通过建设协同创新环境,激励产业链相关企业在创新转型中加速采纳数字技术。Under the background of the development of digital economy,the digital development of industrial chain has become an important way of industrial upgrading in China. Companied by the dynamic evolution of digital economy and industry,three modes of digital development of industrial chain emerged just as follows: market big data oriented mode,knowledge integration oriented mode and intelligent decision-making oriented mode. The three models are respectively aimed at the industrial chain with different characteristics,and their digital connotation also has its own emphasis. Correspondingly,there are the specific measures of digital governance of industrial chain as follows: straightening out the regional distribution of industrial chain through the construction of industrial chain map;promoting the digital synchronization of the industrial chain through the collaborative evaluation of digital capability;building a collaborative innovation environment and encouraging enterprises related to the industrial chain to accelerate the adoption of digital technology in innovation and transformation.
