摘 要:针对京隆发电公司锅炉制粉系统出力不足状况,通过理论分析和数值模拟,确定不同工况下磨煤机内部流场、煤粉浓度场的分布,提出了磨煤机内部中心干燥、磨盘流化、回粉锥体优化的增加出力改造方案。改造后,磨煤机出力明显增加,制粉单耗进一步下降,适应高负荷磨煤机五运一备的运行方式。In view of the insufficient output of boiler pulverizing system in Jinglong Power Generation Company,the distribution of internal flow field and pulverized coal concentration field under different working conditions was determined by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,and the reconstruction scheme of increasing output was put forward,which included internal central drying,fluidization of mill plate and optimization of return pulverized cone.After the transformation,the output of the mill is increased significantly and the single consumption of pulverizing is further reduced,so as to adapt to the operation mode of five transport and one standby of the high load coal mill.
