自体肋软骨雕刻“新月形”帽状移植物在鼻尖精细化的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自体肋软骨雕刻“新月形”帽状移植物在鼻尖精细化的应用方法和效果方法自2019年3月至2021年1月,对74例患者行“新月形”帽状移植物肋软骨鼻尖成形术。术中将肋软骨雕刻成新月形移植于鼻尖,缝合固定于双侧鼻翼软骨穹窿部,矫正鼻尖低平及鼻尖肥大,术后观察鼻尖高度、宽度、鼻尖下小叶饱满度等变化,评价术后效果,术后,所有患者都被拍照并要求在线或通过电话完成满意度调查。结果术后随访12个月,满意者68例,满意率92%,1例术后出现双侧鼻孔不对称,2例自觉鼻尖过高、3例觉鼻尖高度偏低。结论新月形帽状移植物状可有效改善鼻尖突出度和形态,在鼻尖精细化应用上取得满意的效果,且操作方便,值得临床推广.Objective Discuss the application method and effect of crescent-shaped cap transplantation in fine nasal tip.Method From March 2019 to January 2021,74 patients underwent"crescent-shaped"cap graft costal cartilage rhinoplasty.During the operation,the rib cartilage was carved into a crescent shape and transplanted to the nose tip,and it was sutured and fixed to the dome of the bilateral alar cartilage to correct the flattening of the nose tip and the hypertrophy of the nose tip.After effect,after surgery,all patients were photographed and asked to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone.Result Followed up for 12 months,68 cases were satisfied,the satisfaction rate was 92%,1 case had bilateral nostril asymmetry,2 cases felt that the nasal tip was too high,and 3 cases felt that the nasal tip was too low.Conclusion Crescent cap graft can effectively improve the protrusion and shape of nasal tip,achieve satisfactory results in the fine application of nasal tip,and the operation is convenient,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
